Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a payment—whether for a single session or a membership—has been processed, it is non-reimbursable and non-refundable. This policy includes instances where a client may feel that specific goals were not met or if expected progress was not achieved, as results are dependent on individual effort and consistency. For membership plans, if a cancellation request is not submitted at least 48 hours prior to the automatic renewal date, the charge will stand and the client must complete the program for that paid duration. Similarly, for biweekly members, both payments for the current month must be fulfilled before a cancellation can be processed for the following cycle. Regarding individual appointments, any rescheduling or cancellation must occur at least 12 hours before the session start time to avoid an automatic $10 late-change fee. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for unused time, early termination, or dissatisfaction with personal progress.
