Service Description
Weekly One-on-One Training - Four 45-minute sessions per month (once weekly) focused on identifying strengths, correcting form, and advancing your results. Flexible monthly or bi-weekly payments available.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
To get started with your membership, please keep the following membership details in mind: -Initial Payment: Whether you choose a monthly or biweekly plan, your first payment is charged immediately upon booking your membership. -Automatic Billing: Subsequent payments will be automatically charged to your card on file. This occurs on the same calendar day as your initial booking, either every month or every two weeks depending on your selection. If you are on the biweekly plan, both payments for the current month must be completed before you are eligible to cancel for the following month. -Scheduling: Sessions can be booked no sooner than 4 weeks in advance. If you do not see a date or time that works for you, please contact your coach directly. We will work with you to find a slot, ensuring you receive your guaranteed sessions. -Cancellation & Rescheduling: You may cancel your membership at any time after the first month’s full commitment has been met, provided the request is made 48 hours before the next scheduled payment. Please note that all sales are final once charged. If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual session, you must do so at least 12 hours in advance. Any changes made within this 12-hour window will result in an automatic $10 charge to the card on file.
