Liability/Consent
1. Program Commitment & Expectations
By signing this contract, you are committing to your health and fitness journey with Move with Morgan. For our In-Person Training, enrolling in a membership is highly recommended for optimal results and consistency. Sessions can be booked no sooner than 4 weeks in advance. If you do not see a date or time that fits your schedule, please contact your coach directly to coordinate; you are guaranteed your promised monthly session amount. You agree to give your best effort and stay consistent with the program as designed.
2. Payments, Renewals, and Cancellation
You agree to the financial terms of your selected program. For all In-Person Training Sessions and Memberships, payments are automated based on your chosen plan. Upon booking a single session, monthly, or biweekly membership, your first payment is charged immediately, with subsequent automatic charges occurring on the same day of each following cycle. If you are on a biweekly plan, both payments for the current month must be completed before you are eligible to cancel for the following cycle. To cancel a membership entirely, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your next automatic charge. All sales are final; once a payment is processed, it will not be reimbursed, and you must complete the program for that paid period. For all scheduled sessions, you must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance. Any changes made within this 12-hour window will result in an automatic $10 fee charged to the card on file.
3. Medical Clearance and Physical Safety
You acknowledge that Move with Morgan provides fitness and nutrition coaching, not medical advice. It is your responsibility to consult with a licensed physician before beginning any new exercise or diet regimen. You represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from participating. You agree to maintain open communication with your coach at all times. Specifically, you must notify your coach immediately if any movement or dietary change is causing pain, discomfort, or physical distress. We will work to adjust your plan, but we cannot help you stay safe if you do not communicate your physical status. You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury and voluntarily assumes all such risks. Your coach and/or training facility shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from participation in training or use of the facility, regardless of the cause. By signing, the participant waives the right to pursue any legal action or claims against the coach or facility for damages sustained during these activities.
4. Communication and Confidentiality
We pride ourselves on being your partner in this journey. We expect honest and regular communication regarding your energy levels, hunger, and mental well-being. In return, we promise to keep all your medical, fitness, and progress data, as well as private messages strictly confidential. As stated in our Privacy Policy, your information and images will never be shared publicly or with third parties without your explicit, permission to be granted or denied below. You are paying for a professional service, and we are committed to providing a secure and private environment for your transformation.
